We invoice you based on the hanging weight of the actual animal at harvest, with an average quarter beef share between 150-175 pounds. Our USDA inspected butcher handles processing with the highest quality standards. The cost is $6.50/lb on the hanging weight, plus processing costs, requiring a $250 deposit.
We host free beef pick-up events in Scio, Salem, and Portland. You may also opt for home delivery (additional fee applies).
