Perfect for a household of 1-2 people, our Quarter Beef Share brings an array of premium cuts to your kitchen. A typical share includes:

  • 1 package of tenderloin steaks
  • 2-3 packages rib eye steaks
  • 2-3 packages T-bone steaks
  • 3 packages of sirloin steaks
  • 3 packages of sirloin tip steaks
  • 3 packages bottom round steaks
  • 3 packages of top round steak
  • 2-3 packages of short ribs
  • 3-4 chuck roasts

Our trusted partners, Oakland Lockers, handle processing with the highest quality standards. The cost is $4.75/lb on the hanging weight, plus processing costs, requiring a $250 deposit.
