Rossallini Farm is now taking deposits for our next batch of 100% grass fed lambs which will be harvested in late Fall 2023. The lamb is $7.00 a pound hanging weight and additional fees for harvesting and processing (approximately $85). Average hanging weight is 40-60 pounds.
We believe healthy lambs provide superior meat. Proper nutrition is top priority at Rossallini farm. Absolutely NO by-products, NO grain, NO hormones, NO antibiotics, NO chemical additives, and NO steroids are used on our farm. NO chemicals, NO colorants, and NO irradiation is ever used by the butcher.
