You are placing a deposit for a pork share that will be harvested this fall. Once your butcher date is assigned, you will be contacted with the pickup time and location.
Half Pork: For approximately $900, you’ll receive about 70–80 pounds of premium pasture-raised pork. This estimated cost includes the meat ($700) and the butcher’s fee ($200) for cutting and wrapping, and requires a $200 deposit at the time you place your order.

Our Half Pork Share is designed for households looking to stock their freezer with a variety of premium cuts. Each half hog is processed using our standard cut list. Cut selection may vary slightly, and substitutions may be made at the butcher’s discretion.
Custom cutting is not available for half hog shares.

Pork shares are invoiced based on the actual hanging weight of your specific animal at the time of harvest.

We host free pickup events in Albany, Salem, Scio, and Portland. Pickup dates and details will be shared in advance.
Home delivery is available for a $25 delivery fee and is limited to locations within 5 miles of I-5 from Eugene to Portland. Deliveries beyond this range may be available and will incur additional fees based on distance.
Final invoices must be paid in full by the scheduled pickup time or delivery day.

Final invoices paid by credit card will include a $0.25 per lb processing fee to help offset credit card processing costs.
