We believe healthy lambs provide superior meat. Proper nutrition is top priority at Rossallini farm. Absolutely NO by-products, NO grain, NO hormones, NO antibiotics, NO chemical additives, and NO steroids are used on our farm. NO chemicals, NO colorants, and NO irradiation is ever used by the butcher.
The USDA inspected and processed lamb averages a 50 pound hanging weight and you will receive approximately 35-40 lbs. of processed frozen meat.
Cuts includes: lollipop chops, loin chops, leg steaks, sirloin, kabob meat, hind shanks, osso bucco, shoulder roast, neck slices, ground lamb, bones, and organs.
