We believe healthy lambs provide superior meat. Proper nutrition is top priority at Rossallini farm. Absolutely NO by-products, NO grain, NO hormones, NO antibiotics, NO chemical additives, and NO steroids are used on our farm. NO chemicals, NO colorants, and NO irradiation is ever used by the butcher.
The USDA inspected and processed lamb averaged a 55 pound hanging weight for a whole lamb and you will receive approximately 20 lbs. of processed frozen meat with a half lamb.
Cuts includes: legs of lamb, shanks, lamb chops, ribs, shoulder roast, stew meat or ground lamb, bones, and organs.
Locker lamb includes all cut and wrap fees.
