Smoked Uncured Canadian Bacon

“Canadian” here refers to the cut of bacon, rather than the origin- our Canadian Bacon is made with Oregon-grown, pasture raised, hazelnut-finished pork loin, sliced thin and ready to cook! Pork loin is leaner and less fatty than regular bacon. It is fully cooked and ready to eat and made with no nitrite or nitrate added.
