CSA Shares

Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) means our community invests in Oregon Meat Co to support us in our mission to raise healthy animals on a sustainable scale, while caring for the land and each other. The CSA provides security to both community members and farmers by putting us in direct relationship with each other. A Beef CSA is a concept where community members pay for a share of the animals harvested and receive the product over the duration of the CSA. We adapted the concept of a vegetable CSA where members pay in advance and receive a harvest of seasonal vegetables during the growing season. A CSA is a great option for those that don't have the space to buy beef by the 1/4.

Oregon Meat Co's Beef CSA allows us to provide Oregon families with delicious, locally produced beef year round. Members meet once a month to pick up their mixed share of grass finished beef and have the option of adding on additional cuts of lamb, goat, and pasture raised chickens. This is a great option for people who want to buy meat directly from the farm in bulk, but lack the space to store the meat. CSA memberships last TWELVE months (July to June) and shares come in two sizes: 10 lbs/month for a full share or 5 lbs for a half-share. The CSA gives members a consistent supply of nutrient-dense, ethically produced meats.
